President and CEO

Chol is a second born in a family of five. He was born in 1988 at Wangulei, Nyuak Payam,Twic East County Jonglei state in South Sudan. He is a finalist postgraduate student pursuing Masters of Business Administration (MBA-Finance) at the University Of Nairobi, Kenya. He also hold Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Option) at the University of Nairobi. Chol hold a Diploma in Computer Electronics Engineering (CompTIA A+ & N+ Networking) from Narap Institute. He completed Secondary school in 2008 and obtained B-(Minus).He also hold both Advanced and Upper Intermediate English Certificate from Windle Trust Kenya. He finished his primary school in 2004 and scored 345/500.

He is the Chairperson of the South Sudan Students Association in Kenya (SSSAK).The association cater for students’ welfare as well as bringing students from all spheres of life to peacefully co-exist in order to achieve prosperity in their new nation. Chol is enthusiastic about education and aspire to return to his home country and become a University Lecturer-cum-entrepreneur once he completes his studies. This,he believes, is in the spirit of giving back to the community.

Chol was selected in 2013 as a delegate to participate in the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) in Doha, Qatar. He was later nominated into the WISE Learners’ Voice Program in 2014 to be among the 34 cohorts from around the world. He is currently working on a project on Education in Emergencies as part of the program.

Chol was appointed the president & CEO of the International Safety and Training Leaders (ISTL) on 8th August, 2014.The initiative aimed at giving opportunities to less fortunate and orphans children access to education and also equip them with leadership skills to enable them become responsible global citizens. Chol is a motivational speaker who inspires people from his past experience as a refugee and his tremendous academic and leadership accomplishments. He firmly believes in eradicating poverty and conflict through investing in Children/Youth’s holistic education. He believe that children are the biggest tribe in the world, hence requires a paradigm shiftapproach, by taking education to children as oppose to taking them to school. The program is currently running a primary school in South Sudan supporting pupils from  fragile and conflict-stricken areas.
